Definitions

The following terms carry specific meaning throughout this document:

• "Company" refers to Zenfo Auto Services, operating from Musaffah Industrial Area (M9), Abu Dhabi, UAE. Any use of "we," "us," or "our" points to the same entity.
• "Owner" refers to the registered vehicle owner or any individual with documented authority to approve repairs on their behalf. Any use of "you" or "your" points to the same party.
• "Vehicle" refers to any Range Rover or Land Rover model submitted to our facility for inspection, repair, servicing, or cosmetic work.
• "Approved scope" refers to the specific repairs, parts, and labour hours confirmed by the owner through a written approved quotation.

Service Agreement

A service agreement is formed when the customer approves a written quotation issued by Zenfo Auto Services after a physical inspection and diagnostic scan of the vehicle. The approved quotation defines the scope of work, parts to be used, labour involved, and estimated timeline. No binding agreement exists until the customer provides written approval to proceed.

Estimates and Pricing

Pricing published on this website is approximate and serves as a general reference only. A confirmed cost is provided through a written, itemized quotation issued after inspection. If additional faults are found during the repair, the workshop will:

• Pause work on the unapproved scope
• Notify the customer with a revised quotation covering the additional findings
• Resume only after receiving clear written approval for the extended work

The final invoice reflects only the tasks and parts that were explicitly approved.

Parts Policy

The workshop fits genuine OEM or approved-equal parts from verified suppliers. The selection of parts for each job follows these standards:

• All parts meet or exceed the manufacturer's original specification
• The brand, part number, and specification are listed on the final invoice
• Customer-supplied parts are installed at the owner's risk

Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the approved work and before vehicle collection. The workshop accepts cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Deferred billing or instalment arrangements are not available unless agreed in writing before the work begins.

Vehicle Collection and Delivery

Free vehicle pick-up and return is offered across Abu Dhabi subject to availability. The vehicle is handled by an authorized logistics driver during transit. While reasonable care is taken, the workshop is not liable for incidents caused by road conditions, third-party actions, or pre-existing faults that become apparent during the transfer.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be collected within 3 working days of the completion notification. Storage beyond this period may be subject to a daily holding fee, communicated to the customer in advance. The workshop is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle during the service or storage period.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure an accurate diagnosis and timely service, the customer is expected to:

• Provide correct details about the vehicle's model, year, mileage, and known concerns at the time of booking
• Disclose any prior repairs, modifications, or aftermarket installations that may affect the diagnosis
• Respond to quotation approvals within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in parts sourcing
• Collect the vehicle within the agreed timeframe after work is completed
• Ensure the vehicle is legally registered and roadworthy at the time of drop-off

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the service advisor before the scheduled appointment. No cancellation fee applies for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours of notice. If a vehicle has already been dispatched for pick-up, the customer must notify the team before the vehicle reaches the facility.

Limitation of Liability

Zenfo Auto Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays in parts availability, extended repair timelines, or circumstances beyond the workshop's reasonable control. Total liability for any claim related to a completed repair shall not exceed the invoiced amount for that specific job.

Website Use

This website is provided for general information about our Range Rover services. Content may be updated or removed without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times.

Vehicle Compliance

The customer confirms that any vehicle brought to the facility meets the following conditions:

• The vehicle carries a valid UAE registration or is accompanied by appropriate import documentation
• The vehicle is not subject to any outstanding legal hold, seizure order, or unresolved police case

The workshop reserves the right to decline service on a vehicle that does not meet these conditions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute related to the services provided, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct discussion with the service management team before pursuing formal legal action. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and page designs, is the property of Zenfo Auto Services. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any material without prior written permission is prohibited.

Privacy

Personal and vehicle data collected during booking, inspection, and repair is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that document.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any applicable regulations issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
